The Professional Services Analyst will participate in the creation, completion, and delivery of customization orders, including customization of features such as Scoreboard, Giving Center, Reports, and Analytics. This position will also participate in customer consultations around OneCause's integrations with external CRM software. Additionally, the PSA will maintain a role in the regular rotation of event and customer support, as well assisting the Product Support team if volume or emergency should require.
Essential Job Functions
The essential job functions for this role include:
• Professional Services
o Lead pre-sale consultations with OneCause staff and customers, including guidance on product costs, design capabilities, and timelines for completion.
o Manage the creation, completion, and timely delivery of Professional Services orders.
o Participate in planning and executing departmental goals
o Assist with creation of initial and ongoing training materials for product customization and best practices
o Ensure proper Professional Services order documentation through Salesforce for tracking team and departmental data
o Provide data driven examples for ways to improve custom design products, as well as possible product development improvements.
o Assist in evolving team processes and procedures
o Weekly Professional Services meetings to review projects and assignments
• Customization and Process Improvement
o Assist in the refinement of existing and develop new customization processes and best practices
o Assist in designing and maintaining code repositories and product demo pages
o Stay abreast of new design techniques and apply accordingly to departmental product development
• Product Support
o Participate in event night support on a regular, rotating basis
o Maintain knowledge of event support escalation and code red procedures
o Be an escalation point for our part time event support member
B.S. in Business, Operations or Computer Technology related field preferred.
• High level of initiative
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, including written, phone, and in-person
• Strong understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JasperSoft reporting software
• Experience with Adobe Suite, primarily in Photoshop and Illustrator, and a desire to participate in creative design work for customers
• Experience collaborating with customers and developers to achieve customer expectations
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
