What you already know and skills you bring: 

  • 1-3 years of software consulting engagement or implementation experience, having demonstrated strong customer-facing technical project management skills while managing simultaneoussoftware launches 

  • Ability to think and plan strategically, along with 'roll up your sleeves' drive to execute tactically. 

  • Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Strong technical knowledge and fundamental understanding of the nonprofit fundraising industry.

Essential Functions 

  • Lead software onboarding, education, and implementation with new and renewing clients  

  • Facilitate webinars and answer technical questions generated during sessions

  • Work closely with the customer, Product andEngineering teams, and Customer Success to understand customer requirements and manage expectations. 

  • Strategize with Sales and Customer Success on objectives for customer meetings, agendas, and communication plans with a clear understanding of how this activity relates to overall project success and client relationship management. 

  • Maintain regular correspondence with internal project stakeholders to facilitate on-going status updates, relationship management & proactive technical/functional guidance. 

  • Communicate relevant client feedback to OneCause ProductManagement, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions. 

  • Support theServices team in building internal and external tools, documentation, resources, and assets that aid customers in accomplishing a quick and efficient launch and bolster the repeatability and scale of Implementation, Consulting, Training, and Education services. 

 

Bonus Points if you have: 

  • 1-3+ years nonprofit fundraising experience 

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a relevant field 

  • Fundamental understanding of APIs 

  • Basic coding in Java, CSS, and HTML 

  • Competency withSalesforce Lightning environment 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Integration across third party software environments 

  • Data management and integration familiarity with the following third-party software environments: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Strava, MailChimp, Google Analytics, ReCAPTCHA
